Bring your information
Bring your completed admission and medical self-history forms, insurance card if applicable, a prioritized list of symptoms, relevant referrals, reports or MRI studies, a medication list, and your preferred payment method.
Tell your story
We'll discuss your health history and symptoms, perform a physical examination of problem areas and screen for common medical conditions.
Receive your first treatment
Your initial visit includes an acupuncture treatment. Massage, electrotherapy, cupping, gua sha and other modalities may be used when appropriate.
Know what comes next
Your treatment plan covers the expected number and duration of visits, modalities and costs, projected benefits and risks, and alternative or complementary options when appropriate.
